Without our dedicated staff, we would not be able to provide the high quality of service that we strive for. A dynamic group of dreamers and doers committed to building better, brighter communities through entrepreneurship, members of the RTC team share the common goal of changing lives through economic empowerment.
Senior Coordinator of National Program Partnerships
Khourin Wilkins is the Senior Coordinator of National Program Partnerships, working with RTC’s initiative to share the New Jersey-based model with other cities and organizations across the country.
A graduate of Kean University with her BA in Communications and MS from Parsons School of Design in Strategic Design and Management, throughout her career, Khourin has worked to support individuals within underserved communities. She first began working in the Bronx with young adults that dropped-out of high school and were looking to obtain their GED’s. From there she has supported efforts for young adults in the college setting and most recently a national charter school network. Khourin has worked with a number of populations and each person she’s met has strengthened her empathy, faith, and understanding of life.
She believes in using her talents to serve others that lack access to mentors and knowledge. She is also deeply rooted in the belief that entrepreneurial mindsets are inherent to individuals that often lack means to sustainable incomes. The need to be scrappy and make a way out of no way is a story that she connected with and values, which led to her joining the RTC team.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to music and podcasts, and dancing. She also enjoys watching anything DIY on HGTV and wishes she had more time to bake lavish cakes and cupcakes.
