As the primary position in charge of ensuring that donors and prospects are engaged, thanked, recognized, and invited to be a part of the larger mission, this position requires an approach that borrows best practices from client service and investor relations industries. Success in this position requires someone who possesses superior organization skills, is enthusiastic about working in collaboration with others, and has strong interpersonal skills to manage information, relationships, and activities within competing project deadlines across multiple teams. The Donor Relations Manager will report to the Director of Grants and work in coordination with additional Development and Communications team members to raise and retain the necessary funds to operate the organization and build long-term resiliency.
