Rising Tide Entrepreneur Raquel Rodriguez is creating a beacon for artists in Jersey City. With the upcoming launch of her business New Heights Art Supply, she will make art accessible to Jersey City residents by selling supplies and materials as well as offering classes, demos, and workshops.
