February 5, 2013—Jersey City Resident Nicole Rivers won the $1,500 first prize for her business, One Third Tribal, in Rising Tide Capital’s Plan & Pitch Competition held at the Hudson County Community College on Saturday. She was one of 19 entrepreneurs who participated in the day-long event which also included a pitch tutorial and intensive one-on-one coaching with business professionals from the local community.
