In order to harness the entrepreneurial energy that exists in distressed communities and use it to transform lives, strengthen families, and create thriving, vibrant communities, Rising Tide Capital equips entrepreneurs in these communities with the tools, skills, and resources they need to start and grow successful businesses.

Investment in struggling entrepreneurs in distressed communities is a critical part of the solution to achieving lasting impact on economic disparity.

The entrepreneurs we serve often have marketable skills and a solid core of an idea, but do not have the training and support to transform their idea into a profitable business. By providing high-quality business education through our Community Business Academy and year-round guidance and consulting through our Business Acceleration Services, we support entrepreneurs dedicated to their success to increase their incomes, better support their families, and build their community from within.

Rising Tide Capital provides its Community Business Academy and Business Acceleration Services program tuition free thanks to the support of private and public donors interested in cultivating entrepreneurs in distressed communities. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, all donations are tax deductible.
